in Kitimat (Canada B.C.), all the 384 AP40 pots have been successfully started using our patented dry start-up procedure. The last pot was started on March, 29th 2016. A performance test on 24 pots has demonstrated benchmark performances at 405 kA, with an average production of 3114 kg/pot/day at 12,808 kWh/t. Current Efficiency is above 96.1%. The robustness and reliability of the AP40 has been confirmed thanks to team work with all our stakeholders.
